Our Business
Established in 2010, Green Hills Cleaning is an award-winning, ethical cleaning company, caring for our clients, our team, and the environment.
Amy has 30 years’ customer service experience and therefore Green Hills Cleaning is run with the customer at the forefront. She trains all cleaning teams to bring the same ethos and commitment to all clients. Amy’s strong ethical values are at the heart of the business, ensuring high standards are maintained across all business activities.
Les has worked in sales management for over 30 years, mainly in the FMCG sector, with great success. He understands B2B processes and brings this knowledge to Green Hills Cleaning, serving our commercial clients with the same customer service ethos and standards.
Amy and Les have an excellent working partnership, complementing each other across all areas of the business.

Ethical employment

Ethical cleaning
We clean to the highest standards using plant-based detergents from renewable sources to minimise our impact on the environment. Purchasing these products in bulk, direct from the manufacturer, also reduces our carbon footprint.
Ethical Profit
We are a proud supporter of local community group, Highworth Community Clean Up, which organises volunteer groups to litter pick in and around Highworth. We donate a percentage of our profits to help them maintain this service and our donations go towards much needed equipment and promotion of the group to raise awareness. In 2018, we began supporting local charity Root and Branch, based in Watchfield, with their cleaning needs. Root and Branch provide activities that promote recovery for people who experience mental health difficulties. A percentage of the cost of service is returned to them as an annual donation.
